This is the Wisconsin NSA State Championship event and will be a 4 game format, 2 pool play games seeded into a DOUBLE elimination bracket. Game balls are provided. State Championship and Finalist Rings will be presented to the top 2 teams (Team and individual awards) in each age group. The top 2 teams in each age group will also be awarded a World Series Berth. Berths are activated after you play in this State Tournament. You may enter the World Series and State Tournament at any time, including before you earn the berth.   Additionally, we will have awards for tournament and game MVPs, home run helmet stickers and the start of the Wisconsin NSA Home Run Club!   All Entry Fees can be made now or no later than 2 weeks before the tournament start date. Entry Fees can be paid online or by check. See Payment tab for making a payment or payment details. If you are paying by check please make it payable to Wisconsin NSA Fastpitch and mail it to Charles Breitenfeldt - 124 Parkview Ave. Lowell, IN 46356. There will be a $25 dollar credit made to the teams gate fee for first 4 teams paid entries in each age division!   Each team will be responsible for paying a team gate fee at the tournament site, prior to their first game. The team gate fee for this event is $175, check or cash. Team gate fees allow all spectators to enter the facility at no additional cost. Teams must bring a copy of their insurance to the tournament site to turn in at check-in.   All teams that have the NSA West Point Insurance will receive a $25 discount that can be calculated into you payment by clicking on the discount code, or taking the discount off your entry fee if sending a check. Important Info: ·         NEVER Stay to Play! Wisconsin NSA events never require you to stay in specific locations ·         Every Wisconsin NSA Tournament is a World Series Qualifier! ·         Any team with a Current NSA Membership (sanction) may participate. ·         Please call for availability if you want to participate and the last date to enter has passed.     ·         Please pay by the ENTRY DEADLINE for the tournament. ·         Refunds: If we cancel the Event or an Age Group with no games played for any reason, you will receive a Full Refund of your Entry Fees! Please note it can take up to 45 days to process refunds. ·         Combining Divisions: Events listed as 9u/10u, 11u/12u or 13u/14u age groups will play together! 16u/18u may be combined into a HS division at the Directors discretion.
