Rings and Costume Contest!!!! Welcome to Wisconsin NSA Fastpitch! This event is a 4-game format, 3 pool play games seeded into a SINGLE elimination bracket. Awards will be presented to the top 2 teams (Organization and individual Awards) in each age group. The top 2 teams in each age group will also be awarded a World Series Berth. Berths can only be activated after you play in your State Tournament. You may enter the World Series and State Tournament at any time, including before you earn the berth. For pool play games, the game times will be 70 minutes, drop dead, revert back. For bracket play games, the game times will be 70 minutes, finish the inning. There will be a costume contest on Saturday from 10am-6:00 PM for teams and individuals that are interested. There is no cost for this contest and the judging categories will be: 1) Best Team Costumes, 2) Best Individual Costume, 3) Scariest Costume and 4) Funniest Costume. Additionally, we will have awards for tournament MVPs, home run helmet stickers, and the Wisconsin NSA Home Run Club! All Entry Fees can be made now or no later than 2 weeks before the tournament start date. Entry Fees can be paid online or by check. See Payment tab for making a payment or payment details. Teams must bring a copy of their insurance to the tournament site to turn in at check-in. There will be an individual entry fee for all spectators entering the facility of $20/person, ages 12+ for non competitors, for a weekend pass, or $12 per day. All Players and up to 2 coaches receive free entry! Important Info: · NEVER Stay to Play! Wisconsin NSA events never require you to stay in specific locations · Every Wisconsin NSA Tournament is a World Series Qualifier! · Any team with a 2026-2027 NSA Membership (sanction) may participate. · Please call for availability if you want to participate and the last date to enter has passed. · Please pay by the ENTRY DEADLINE for the tournament. · Refunds: If we cancel the Event or an Age Group with no games played for any reason, you will receive a Full Refund of your Entry Fees!
