The following is our refund policy based on canceling of an event for any reason: Zero Games Played: A full credit towards another tournament of the same value. If there are no tournaments for your age group for the rest of the season, then a credit for the following year will be issued. Game Played: $300.00 credit toward a future tournament. If there is no tournaments for your age group the rest of the season, then a credit for the following year will be issued. Games Played: No Refunds. Withdrawal of an Event: Any withdrawal 14 days prior to the first day of the event =$200.00 credit towards future tournament Withdrawal 7 days prior to the first day of the event = no refunds
