Illinois Sluggers (Schaumburg)

The Schaumburg Sluggers is a premier fastpitch travel softball organization located in Schaumburg, Illinois.  Our primary philosophy at the younger ages (8U through 12U) is one focused on development of the players' skills, softball IQ, and important teamwork challenges which become more prevalent as the young ladies move through their teen years.  As the players progress through our program and past the younger levels, concentration is tuned more toward competition and the mental aspects of the game.  Ultimately, our 16U through 18U levels are geared for playing at the highest levels of competition, both locally and nationally, with continuing reinforcement of the core values of sportsmanship and character upon which the organization was founded more than 25 years ago.  Our instruction and facilities are exceptional, our access to year round training and quality fields unmatched in our area.  We are proud of our ability to develop superior high school level players and facilitate college roster placement for our Sluggers, many of whom we welcome back annually to work with our players at all levels.
