The site for the tournament will be at Madison Meadow Park in Lombard, one more east of Route 53. If the tournament is completely rained out, a $100 handling fee will be charged. One game constitutes a tournament. Tournament officials reserve the right to modify the format of the tournament as deemed necessary. All teams must provide proof of insurance and birth certificate for proof of age, upon request. No player may be rostered on more than one team or switch from one team to another during the tournament. Entry fees for accepted teams that request to drop out will be refunded ONLY if we are notified before March 1, 2025. There will be no refunds after March 1, 2025 unless another team fills the vacated slot. Any requested refunds will eb subject to a $50 processing fee.
